A stunning place to stay in a corner of paradise
Al Caminetto is set five minutes walk from the amazing Lake Garda and at the feet of the Monte Baldo, a majestic mountain range. In 1971, thanks to these unique and precious natural peculiarities, the Family Consolini made up is mind to build an inn in this place of great fascination and energy.
Geographic location
Al Caminetto is set in Torri del Benaco on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Torri is a little middle age village, closed among the walls and the towers of the massive Scaligero castle. It is ideal for water sports, walking and hiking in the mountains also by mountain bike. Do not miss the new suggestive Tibetan bridge.
Architecture
50 years later, Consolini family aims at writing a new chapter of their journey in the
hospitality business based on a very ambitious idea and a strong vision backed by a
sophisticated design.
It tells about the strong bond with the location, its lights, its colors and scents.
The new hotel is about the elegant experience narrated by pure and sinuous forms, the
preciousness and accuracy of finishes, the discreet lighting design.
Hospitality and design reveal each other through materiality, cromatism and spatial
experience, deep and continuous dialogue between client and designer.
The new hotel establishes continuity with its past and envisions a precise idea about the
future founded on environmental awareness and respect.
Rhythm, fluidity and detaching surfaces shape the space. Architecture merges with interiors,
walls blend with furniture.
History
Al Caminetto was born in 1971, when the vacation-house of Nonna Gina was transformed into the inn Al Caminetto. Renwed several times during the years, it reaches today, after a total restyling, the charachteristics of a top quality structure by maintaining its original essence.
